On October 28, 2006, Dr. Bill Cosby met in a community forum with over two-thousand parents, students, community organizations, elected officials, educators and other stakeholders concerned about the underachievement of African American students to unveil this initiative.  Subsequent committee and community meetings generated a current version of the Agenda.
